The hotel was spotless and had caring staff on the early shift. The rooms were air-conditioned and a nice size with drinks tray changed daily as well as tea, just what was needed. The venue was set in a central area right by the cente of Inverness very short walk to bus stations and rail stations and the modern shopping mall and walking along the river path and the old amazing cemetery of St Stephen s church. Appreciated our stay here and would recommend.

    The area was average.

Everything was fine, the staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. The food at the attached restaurant was outstanding, enjoyed this place. The service was very good, we had a reasonably priced and absolutely superb breakfast.

Super large bed and good location in the city.

Bed linen partly dirty. The fire doors that are installed in the corridors slam very loudly and at night you can hear them for several floors. Since the hotel is quite large, you can hear a door every few minutes. Bathroom fan runs on forever and the room and the hotel smelled strange

The rooms in the hotel correspond to a good standard. The central location of the hotel is ideal for extended shopping tours in the pedestrian zone.

We had a room facing the backyard, with the window open the whole night a penetrating ventilation system was audible. A little more enthusiasm would also be required from the staff, there was little noticeable friendliness here.

    Great food and location!

The location was spot on, super easy to walk everywhere. We ate at the pub down below, and my burger was just awesome-juicy and cooked just right. The only thing was, the room could've used a little updating, but it wasn't a huge deal.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The location is very central. Parking should be in a public parking garage. There are several cafes in the area for breakfast.

The reception is optically old and lets assume bad for the rooms - but is not so... Breakfast can be taken next door in the Wetherspoon, but does not look very inviting.

    Great location and comfortable stay

The complimentary snacks like hot chocolate and oat milk were a good touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local attractions and transport. Better soundproofing would enhance the experience, as there was some noise from the street at night.

    spacious room
    outside noise
    lack of air conditioning

    Spacious and comfortable rooms.

I was really disappointed with the noise level at night. The incessant noise from the street outside made it hard to sleep, and I found myself tossing and turning. The room temperature was hard to regulate. It felt stuffy without any AC. If the soundproofing issues could be resolved, it would completely change the experience.
