The twin room's bathroom was spotless. the bed was cozy, and there was also a nice setup with coffee/tea supplies, a storage space, and heating 🙂.

The hotel was spotless and had caring staff on the early shift. The rooms were air-conditioned and a nice size with drinks tray changed daily as well as tea, just what was needed. The venue was set in a central area right by the cente of Inverness very short walk to bus stations and rail stations and the modern shopping mall and walking along the river path and the old amazing cemetery of St Stephen s church. Appreciated our stay here and would recommend.
The area was average.

The rooms in the hotel correspond to a good standard. The central location of the hotel is ideal for extended shopping tours in the pedestrian zone.
We had a room facing the backyard, with the window open the whole night a penetrating ventilation system was audible. A little more enthusiasm would also be required from the staff, there was little noticeable friendliness here.

Super large bed and good location in the city.
Bed linen partly dirty. The fire doors that are installed in the corridors slam very loudly and at night you can hear them for several floors. Since the hotel is quite large, you can hear a door every few minutes. Bathroom fan runs on forever and the room and the hotel smelled strange

Convenient spot 📍, this place is pretty tidy and won't break the bank. It's close to everything you may need.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The location is very central. Parking should be in a public parking garage. There are several cafés in the area for breakfast.
The reception is optically old and lets assume bad for the rooms - but is not so... Breakfast can be taken next door in the Wetherspoon, but does not look very inviting.
